Cricket League (ICC WCL) was created in 2007 to provide regular playing opportunities for similar standard ICC Associate and Affiliate Members (AMs) in an international 50-over competition structure. The ICC World Cricket League currently includes six divisions. Each division has six teams, except for ICC WCL Division 6 which has eight teams. Each divisional event is played approximately every 12 - 18 months and lasts 8 to 10 days in a round robin format. Promotion and relegation takes place between divisions. Top four teams from ICC WCL Division 2 held in Namibia in 2015 earned a spot in the ICC World Cricket League Championship 2015-17 and top two qualified for the ICC Intercontinental Cup 2015-17, which is the ICC’s four-day, first class competition for AMs. Following the recent decision of the ICC Board to “break the glass ceiling” and allow the winner of the ICC
